Kristopher has held senior roles across various healthcare and consultancy organizations, including St Vincent's Health Australia, EY, The myHomecare Group, and PresCare. His expertise spans operations management, strategic leadership, business planning, and service delivery, particularly within the aged care and disability sectors.

Kristopher earned a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons 1st Class) from the University of Queensland and holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
